• There are a limited amount of large players in the space the Company operates in and the industry is rapidly consolidating.
• Of these largest industry players, all are primarily server based and almost all are exclusively sold to large, enterprise-level clients as software licenses (with the minimum licensing/installation/maintenance costs now rising towards $200k for one large player).
SaaS models are rapidly appearing due to rapid business adoption of Cloud services.
